Excute this command as an apps user
SQL> select aat.NAME,asn.CREATION_DATE,asn.LAST_UPDATE_DATE, asn.RAN_SNAPSHOT_FLAG  FROM APPS.AD_SNAPSHOTS asn,
APPS.AD_APPL_TOPS aat WHERE asn.APPL_TOP_ID = aat.APPL_TOP_ID
AND asn.SNAPSHOT_TYPE = ‘C’;
